Caviar & Salmon Parfait 

Salmon Caviar Ingredients:

1 Six-inch hardened steel
Cake ring without top or
Base
Vegetable oil
1/2 lb Smoked salmon
8 oz Salmon caviar
8 oz Black caviar (American
Sturgeon or better if spending plan
Permits)
1 pt Sour cream
2 oz Fresh dill
Watercress to embellish
1 pk Rye fresh, Melba toast or
Other slender, fresh bread

Salmon Caviar Instructions:

Channel the sharp cream for the time being in a cheesecloth-lined strainer, blend dill into acrid cream. Cover within the cake ring with a meager covering of vegetable oil and spot the baked good ring in the focal point of an ornamental serving platter. Fill the lower part of the ring with smoked salmon that is daintily cut and layer it into one even layer. Spoon a meager layer of dill cream onto the salmon. Top with an even layer of salmon caviar, being mindful so as not to break any of the eggs. Top with dill cream. Get done with a layer of dark caviar and spot with dill cream. Chill in ring for 1 hour or more prior to effectively permitting parfait to set. Eliminate the ring cautiously and embellish the highest point of the parfait with twigs of dill. Utilize watercress leaves and fresh bread to decorate the platter...enjoy the Caviar and Salmon Parfait plans !!!
